By creating an account or using Poto ("PotoFin", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Poto is a personal finance dashboard for tracking net worth, investment portfolios, dividends, debts, and progress toward financial independence goals. You can enter data manually, import it, or connect supported brokers for read-only position syncing.

Poto is a tracking and visualization tool. Nothing in the app — including the AI portfolio assistant, scenario planner, or any analytics — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures are calculated from data you provide or that brokers report, and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always verify important decisions with a licensed advisor and your broker's official records.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the accuracy of any financial data you enter.

If you connect a broker or pension provider, you authorize Poto to retrieve your account data on your behalf for as long as the connection remains active. Poto only requests read access and cannot place trades, transfer funds, or make withdrawals through any connected account. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or reverse-engineer or scrape the app.

You own the data you enter. You can export a full copy at any time and permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on inaccurate or delayed data from brokers, market data providers, or the AI assistant.
